Standing rules

1. Members are requested to sign the Attendance sheet provided by the Membership chairman at each meeting.

2. Guests are welcome to all meetings.  Guests are requested to sign the Attendance sheet and to write “guest” after their name.   

3. A chairman has been appointed for each function.  It is the responsibility of said chairman to select her committee to act as hostesses. 

4. If a member has a change of telephone number, address, or is resigning from the Council, please notify the membership chairman in writing. 

5. Members soliciting prizes from area merchants for Council projects must be reported to the Board of Directors. 

6. Any new fund-raising project for the Council requires permission from the Board of Directors.

Membership dues

• Includes Parish, Eastern Deanery and National

• Due December 1, 2006

• Delinquent after January 1, 2007
