50+ SINGLES CLUB - See bulletin for date, time and location. For more information call Ann Geiger at 471-1343. All 50+ Singles are welcome. Choir Rehearsal is on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 – 9:00 in Church between September and April. Our first meeting will be on September 19th, at 7:00 PM in Church. This choir is open to all parishioners. New members are needed. Ladies Book Club meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 5:00-6:30 PM in the Music Center – light refreshments will be served. This is a very meaningful and beautiful prayer session in honor of our Blessed Mother. With the direction of our Pastor, our spiritual works are bringing the Eucharist to the sick in hospitals, nursing homes and homebound and doing all work for our Blessed Mother. Alzheimer's Support Group sponsored by Lisa Rodriguez, Alzheimer's Specialist for Highlands County, meets once a month, on the 3rd Friday of the month, in the Music Center, from 1:30-2:30 PM. The target group is caregivers who are in a situation in which a loved one has Alzheimer's. Anyone who is interested in this topic is also welcome to participate. We have Morning Prayer every morning, Monday-Friday, before Daily Mass, at 7:45 AM. The Rosary is prayed after Mass. All parishioners are welcome to participate for Morning Prayer, Holy Mass, and the Rosary. |
